RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces at Dreambox, there may be minor imperfections or flaws. If you are a collector of handmade items, then you understand how these characteristics add an element of beauty and intrigue to each piece.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dreambox purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please note that any Dreambox Vintage orders are final sale.

To initiate a return, please email us at dream@dreamboxjewelry.com with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and with all packaging still intact. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows any signs of wear or damage.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at dream@dreamboxjewelry.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

REPAIRS

At Dreambox, we take pride in creating unique and beautiful handmade jewelry. We also understand that accidents happen, and over time normal wear and tear can occur. That’s why we’ve created a repair policy that allows you to keep your favorite pieces in excellent condition, at an affordable price.

Our repair policy covers all of our handmade necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and hammered stacking ring repairs for $15. If you have a statement ring that needs repairing, we can provide the service for $20.

We want to make the repair process as easy as possible for you. To begin, contact us here and let us know what repair you need. We will provide you with a shipping label, so you can easily ship the item to us for repair. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it and provide you with an estimate of the cost and repair time.

We understand the sentimental value that jewelry can hold, and will repair it to the best of our ability, so it can continue to be cherished for years to come.
